The Waldorf Hilton Hotel London

The location was convenient for Covent Garden and Wardour Street. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries and towels. The staff, including the reception and restaurant teams, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all that central London has to offer. With numerous attractions, theaters, pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby, there is always something to do and see. The delicious breakfast served in the beautiful restaurant is a great way to start the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in sorting everything out to accommodate us.

The shower temperature in some rooms was reported to be constantly changing, which could be inconvenient for guests.

Really ideally located and quiet despite the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden and hotel's facade works. Good breakfast with attentive and efficient staff.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is in a very safe area and close to the theatre district. It is easy to get to the hotel on the tube, and there are also nearby parking facilities. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a great breakfast and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in central London. The room I was given was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. I was really surprised by the quality of the food at the restaurant, which exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Hotel with history, great location and very nice service. Very nice gym. The hotel has a Parrot bar where you can listen to live music almost every day (boyfriend with a guitar, etc.) Very nice evening meal, some hot and cold snacks and free drinks, wine and wine.

Quite average breakfasts and very few places daily table fights. The small pool and rather the years of splendour are over, just like the whole hotel. A refreshment would be useful. Quality/price - unfavorable.

The rooms were small for the price paid and the bedsheets were poorly made. The breakfast spread was basic and uninspiring, lacking options like smoked salmon and limited pancake choices.

The third bed in our room was a sofa bed with springs, catastrophic! . We had asked for a room for 3 adults and paid accordingly !. We told them and they advised us to book, next time, a room with 4 real beds for the same price !!!!!

Great location for theatre lovers, just a 3-minute walk away. Pleasant staff, clean and spacious room. Amazing breakfast with fresh and hot selections. Unrestricted access to executive lounge was a nice perk. Conveniently close to Covent Garden.

Double bed much too narrow. Tiny bathroom . We only got the bathrobes on the last day. The hotel wasn't worth the cost of the stay. We were "deceived" by the reputation of the Waldorf name.

The location of the Hilton was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. We were greeted warmly by the friendly doorman upon arrival, which set a positive tone for our stay. The 12pm checkout time was a great convenience, great to relax and take care of our last-minute preparations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Impeccable luxury experience! the stylish and spacious room had lots of exclusive amenities and facilities. the Restaurant served delicious cuisine round, the, clock. Further, the indoor swimming pool was perfect for some laid, back relaxation and the Sun Terrace was ideal for soaking in the stunning view of the city.

I faced a minor issue with the Spa & Wellness Centre that was closed due to renovation, but given the other amenities, it was a negligible point.
